Madeley Heath is a 34 plot, new-build housing scheme located in Staffordshire, designed with a focus on placemaking and simplicity. The project is the result of extensive collaboration between the client, Andmore, and VIEW, who have worked closely from early concept stages to ensure that the design reflects a thoughtful balance between modern aesthetics and community-focused development. As a design ethos VIEW were focused on the creation of a cohesive and inviting environment for residents by designing houses which cater for a wide demographic and providing safe and well landscaped communal spaces.
