St Johns is a luxury development of five bespoke homes designed within the fabric of an existing non-designated heritage asset. VIEW has been intricately involved in this project for several years, working in close collaboration with Quinta and Trafford Borough Council to ensure a sensitive and respectful approach to the site's historical significance.

The project involved the careful re-configuration and extension of the heritage building, resulting in five elegant three-story homes. The design is intended to blend traditional materials with contemporary design to complement the original host structure.
