The Assembly is an award winning luxury development of five bespoke homes designed within the fabric of an existing non-designated heritage asset. VIEW has been intricately involved in this project for several years, working in close collaboration with Quinta and Trafford Borough Council to ensure a sensitive and respectful approach to the site's historical significance.

The project involved the careful re-configuration and extension of the heritage building, resulting in five elegant three-story homes. The design is intended to blend traditional materials with contemporary design to complement the original host structure.

The Assembly was completed in 2026 and the winner of Conversion of The Year at The North West Homebuilder awards.
